How to facilitate and collectivize pro-biodiversity actions across the territory?

During the first five years, Les Interstices has helped Nouveaux voisins design its mission, organisation, tools and communication strategies to position itself as a key actor of the socio-ecological transition, focusing initially on the transformation of lawns through collective action.

Nouveaux Voisins now contributes to regenerating the relationships between humans and the rest of the living world, focusing in particular on changing the narratives, tools and landscaping approaches towards more biodiversity in urban areas.

Roles included:

• Helped frame the mission, name, visual identity and communication angle to kickstart the organisation

• Secured the first seeds of funding to develop a platform and campaign to facilitate collective climate action

• Providing ongoing strategic, operational and governance support to the team
